Although mostly self-taught, Shannon has over two decades of baking and cake design experience, and has received masterclass training from some of the best cake designers in the world, including Minette Rushing (Minette Rushing Cakes) and Winifred Kriste (Winifred Kriste Cake). Her work has been featured in local and regional publications.
