Live Oak Plantation is the South's Premier quail hunting and sportsman's destination. From trophy largemouth bass, monster bucks, strutting gobblers, and mouth watering food we offer just about everything for the outdoor enthusiast. 

Our quail hunting operation has been in full swing for the past 30+ years so you could say that we have it perfected! We use the best bird dogs and guides to put you on the birds and create hunting memories that last a life time.

In addition to our quail hunting, we have nearly 400 acres of trophy managed lakes which we offer guided bass fishing trips year round. Our lakes are intensively managed by working directly with fisheries biologists to include supplemental feeding, routine liming and fertilization, and data collection to ensure we promote a healthy population of largemouth bass for a truly first class fishing experience.

Our main lodge and cabin also serve as a Bed & Breakfast throughout the year. Located only 8 miles off Interstate 75, travelers can step off the beaten path to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay at our facility. With a full-time cook on staff, you will enjoy true southern hospitality and meals. Want more?
