Artesian FCU

Artesian City Federal Credit Union was founded in 1950 on the credit union principle of “people helping people”. For more than sixty years, we have existed solely for the purpose of serving our members’ best interests. This focus on members instead of profits allows us to offer a full range of financial services specifically designed to meet our members’ needs and provide substantial savings.

A voluntary board of directors administers Artesian City FCU and establishes and reviews policy. The Directors are credit union members who are elected by the membership and serve without pay.

Today, Artesian City FCU serves four Select Employee Groups; as well as anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Dougherty County, Georgia. Eligible persons can join the credit union by opening a share/savings account with a minimum deposit of $5.

Artesian City FCU offers the utmost in security to our members. Accounts are insured up to $250,000 through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U. S. government agency.
