We also set standards for and evaluate advertisements each year to ensure that people can trust what advertisers say. Our national organization, the Wise Giving Alliance (give.org) set standards for and evaluate the practices of thousands of charities so that donors know where their money is going. We are a trusted source for the news media, and our messaging reaches millions more through stories in both traditional and social media.

BBB coaches businesses on ethical behavior and how to build stronger, more trusting relationships with their customers. Our services are available online and in-person at special events.

In 2022, people turned to BBB more than 200 million times for BBB Business Profiles on 6.3 million businesses and Charity Reports on 25,000 charities, for free at BBB.org.
