 Chico Lou's was started by Sara Machen Fogle in 2015 and named after her beloved chihuahua, Chico. With almost 20 years of experience, Sara specializes in realism with a extra special focus on pet portraiture. Over the years Chico Lou's has been able to give back to the community, and animals we love so much, through our annual all Howl's Eve celebration and benefit for The Athens Area Humane Society. Together we've raise over $23,000.
