At Stillwell Athens, we believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassionate, individualized care. We offer outpatient therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, along with one of the region's few Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) designed specifically for young adults ages 18–28 focusing in college mental health.

Our IOP provides a higher level of support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. By combining evidence-based group therapy, individual therapy, psychiatric care, executive function coaching, and family involvement, we help clients make meaningful progress while remaining engaged in their everyday lives.
