The Flats At Carrs Hill

Set just two blocks from downtown Athens and within walking distance of the University of Georgia, The Flats at Carrs Hill is  a fixture of the city’s off-campus housing landscape. The community also serves students at Athens Technical College and Piedmont University’s Athens campus, placing residents close to class, dining, shopping, and the energy of downtown.

Residents choose from fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each with a private bedroom and bathroom for every resident, a full kitchen, plank wood flooring, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Outside the apartment, residents enjoy a resort-style pool with a deck overlooking Sanford Stadium, water volleyball, outdoor lounge areas, a fire pit, and grilling stations. A newly renovated fitness center, study lounges on every floor, group study rooms, and a business center with a computer lab support both wellness and academic success.

The Flats at Carrs Hill continues to invest in its residents. A thoughtfully designed renovation is underway, bringing warmer gathering spaces, elevated comfort, and an even more refined resident experience to the community.
