Shakti Power Yoga

We’re a hidden gem in Athens, GA, with a small studio but a big heart. Our body-neutral space offers a wide range of classes taught through trauma-informed practices, where we honor autonomy and embrace the challenge of yoga—whether that means movement or stillness. We’re deeply connected to our community, working with local nonprofits, hosting pop-up yoga classes around the Classic City, and making our practice accessible by offering scholarships to those facing financial barriers.
