Founded by Brayden Pelletier, recipient of the NAHA 2025 Hairstylist of the Year Award, Just B Hair Salon combines world-class talent with a welcoming, luxury salon experience. With more than 20 years in the industry, Brayden is a globally recognized Redken Artist, educator, and mentor whose work has been featured on prestigious stages including New York Fashion Week, the MTV Video Music Awards, and international educational platforms.

Today, Brayden leads two thriving salon locations while serving as Redken’s Director of Artistic Development and Design. His passion for innovation, education, and customized artistry continues to inspire both clients and stylists alike.
