Cumberland Academy of Georgia

For 20 years, Cumberland Academy of Georgia has served students who learn differently. We are an independent, nonprofit school in Atlanta for students in grades 4–12 and a post-graduate year, specializing in students with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other learning differences.

Many of our students work at or above grade level, and they flourish in an environment built around who they are. Small class sizes, individualized instruction, and a curriculum that combines strong academics with social and life skills help them gain confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. Our graduates go on to college, vocational programs, and the workforce.

Cumberland is more than a school. We are a close-knit community of students, families, faculty, and supporters who embrace the uniqueness of every child. We challenge and inspire each student to reach their full potential.
