We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients, crafting everything in-house — from our rich, slow-cooked bone broths to our hand-rolled appetizers. Our broths simmer for over 20 hours, packed with collagen that naturally nourishes your skin and body — all without using MSG. We handmake our spring rolls, wontons, and every single sauce, including our signature spicy house chili sauce, affectionately called the “Hotto Sauce.” Everything is as fresh and wholesome as home-cooked food — the kind the Chef/Owner is proud to serve to her own children every day.

Our Chef/Owner also designs all of our unique craft cocktails, brought to life by our talented bartenders. We offer a rotating selection of craft beers on draft and over 25 premium sakes — all imported from Japan and handpicked by a Japanese Sake Connoisseur to perfectly complement our ramen and teppanyaki dishes.

Our spacious restaurant accommodates over 200 guests with both indoor and outdoor seating. The large bar offers both indoor and outdoor counter service, perfect for enjoying your drinks and food. At the heart of the dining room sits our stunning 24-foot-long, thick walnut slab high-top — literally a whole tree — the perfect spot to enjoy your meal while catching your favorite game on TV. Every table in our dining room is crafted from 3-inch-thick solid walnut with unique, organic shapes that create a warm, cozy atmosphere.

Adding to the charm, we recently painted three chef-designed murals that bring color, character, and a vibrant energy to the space — making our restaurant a standout destination for date nights, family gatherings, celebrations, casual hangouts, and even business meetings. We also offer a private dining room for up to 25 guests for more intimate events, and we cater to any occasion — including weddings.
