Founded by renowned restaurateur Alex Kinjo—best known for MF Sushi, Yakitori Kona, and Yuji Modern Japanese—alongside his business partner Christine Nguyen, Kinjo Room offers a curated omakase and à la carte experience in an intimate, modern setting.
