Mujō brings a modern take on edomae-sushi plus curated kappo-style hot and cold dishes, all heavily influenced by Japanese traditions and that of Chef J. Trent Harris’ eclectic, Michelin-powered background. Mujō presents a tailored and traditional dining experience, one of its kind yet to be discovered in Atlanta, with fish flown in directly from Toyosu, Tokyo, complemented by produce delivered straight to its door by Georgia farmers. Behind the bar, there is a refined cocktail program alongside a dedicated sake program and curated wines. The 1,500 square-foot space, luxuriously designed by Elizabeth Ingram Studio, offers an upscale, intimate atmosphere, while comfortable & familiar.
