SPILLER PARK COFFEE

Spiller Park Coffee is based in Atlanta, GA. Founded by “Coach” Dale Donchey in 2015 in Ponce City Market, SPC has since expanded to include three locations; Ponce, Toco Hill, and Upper Westside. Each location serves coffee, toast, and a rotating selection of coffee beans from roasters around the country. From partnerships with Intelligentsia Coffee, George Howell, Atlanta-based Portrait Coffee, and Phil & Sebastian, there’s always something new to try, and a selection of coffees for every palate. 
No matter the season, you’re sure to find a new favorite beverage or bite at Spiller Park Coffee. Our regulars, firstcomers, and traveling friends alike enjoy the variety in experience at each SPC café. 
First in the lineup, Ponce offers a “concessions” style experience, with an oval shaped bar surrounding the café in the heart of Ponce City Market’s Food Hall. 
The second location, Toco Hill, holds down the corner of a bustling shopping center in North Druid Hills, shining bright and welcoming all visitors with an open patio. In pleasant weather, a garage door opens from the patio into the shop with a focus on the espresso bar. 
SP3 at Moores Mill brings all the best practices and style of SPC home, with a little bit of everything - extended patio seating, ample indoor seating, and a “Coach’s Express” pick-up window for orders on-the-go. 
The moniker “Coffee so good, we drink it ourselves” is the beloved slogan of the “Hooligans”, SPC’s team of baristas who greet visitors at the registers, sling the espresso, brew the finest pourovers around, and make the team successful day in and day out. SPC can also be found at various markets and pop-ups around Atlanta, serving a full espresso menu from a bright red mobile coffee cart, under the name Spiller Lite.
