Operating from our dedicated kitchen on the basement level of 1995 North Park Place in Atlanta, we specialize in overstuffed, authentic Po' boys and classic Southern comfort food. We are a family-owned business built on the belief that great food has the power to bring people together, anchor a neighborhood, and fuel a community.

Our culinary venture is led by Elfreda Desvignes—a passionate community advocate, property management professional, and candidate for Georgia State Senate District 35. For Elfreda, service isn't limited to a single space. Whether she is fighting for affordable housing, healthcare access, and quality education on the campaign trail, or serving up perfectly seasoned catfish, shrimp, and hot sausage Po' boys from our Atlanta kitchen, her mission remains exactly the same: to show up for her community and uplift the people around her.
