Fantastic Chiropractic and Wellness Center

Fantastic Chiropractic and Wellness Center is more than a chiropractic office, it is a place where patients feel seen, heard, cared for, and empowered to live healthier, more active lives.

Founded by Dr. Karra Fant, DC, Fantastic Chiropractic was created with a simple mission: to provide personalized, high-quality chiropractic and wellness care in an environment that feels welcoming, modern, and genuinely patient centered. Every patient who walks through our doors is treated as an individual, with care tailored to their specific needs, lifestyle, goals, and stage of life.

We proudly serve individuals and families throughout the Atlanta area with chiropractic care for wellness, family care, prenatal and pediatric needs, sports injuries, rehabilitation, and personal-injury and auto-accident cases. Our approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with education and supportive therapies to help patients understand their bodies and take an active role in their health.

What makes Fantastic Chiropractic truly special is the relationship we build with our patients. We celebrate their progress, listen to their concerns, and strive to make every visit a positive experience. Whether someone is recovering from an accident, an athlete working toward peak performance, a mother navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, or a family simply prioritizing wellness, our goal is always the same: to provide exceptional care with a personal touch.

Every patient matters. Our growth has been built through trust, word-of-mouth referrals, and the genuine relationships we have developed within our community. Being nominated for Georgia’s Best Chiropractic Office is meaningful because it represents the opportunity to showcase a practice built on integrity, compassion, expertise, and a commitment to helping people feel their best.

At Fantastic Chiropractic and Wellness Center, we don’t just want patients to leave feeling better, we want them to leave feeling confident, cared for, and inspired to take better care of themselves.

That’s the Fantastic difference.
