Your Inner Child Advocate platforms her speaking and education work across companies, universities, and nonprofits; a service that consistently draws clients citing her ability to make complex concepts accessible and culturally grounded. But Overstreet's most recent venture may be her most ambitious: as Co-Founder & COO of Elevate Mental Health Collective, she's building infrastructure to elevate Black mental health professionals themselves, operating on the conviction that you can't pour from an empty cup.
