Kindred Counseling and Wellness

Kindred Counseling and Wellness is a mental health practice serving across Georgia. We provide a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth through a range of services including individual counseling, couples and family counseling, immigration and clinical evaluations, support groups, consulting, workshops, and wellness such as yoga, sound healing, and meditation.

We specialize in childhood and relational trauma, with a focus on family dynamics. Our approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based cognitive, somatic, and integrative interventions to support you in wholeness.
