Simplicity Psychotherapy is a private therapy practice in Atlanta, GA that specializes in anxiety, trauma, and relationship therapy. We assist clients with exploring belief systems and breaking free of limiting and rigid self-talk. Our clients often feel obligated to place the needs of others before their own needs which leads to mental health challenges based on the belief that they must suppress their experiences to be present for others.
