Since 2011, Simplify Life Counseling + Coaching has been a trusted resource within the Atlanta community - evidenced by our practice’s growth primarily coming from personal referrals of past clients. We don’t treat all things for all people; but rather are specialized and positioned to lead clients to lasting results. Our primary focus in counseling is anxiety and depression in teens and adults. Our coaches provide a safe space for students and adults to get support with academics, parenting, college advising, and fitness/wellness.
