Since 1992, our firm has focused on construction law.  Since that time, our firm has built two physical offices, added many attorneys and support staff, yet we have maintained the honesty and integrity for which we are known.  Our attorneys are leaders in their field, and they each speak and publish on construction law topics on a regional and national level.  In fact, our founding partner, Mark Cobb, recently served on the legislative drafting committee for the 2020/2021 changes to Georgia's Lien Law.

With an understanding of our client's buisness goals and the law, we work with our clients throughout their projects from project development to the final PayApp.  We regularlay draft and negotiate construction contracts, file and enforce mechanics and materialmen's liens and payment bond claims as well as handle complex construction litigation including default, delays, and insurance claims.
