Early Life: Joe, went to grade school and middle school at St. Thomas More in Decatur and went to highschool at St. Pius X in Atlanta where he lettered in football, basketball, and baseball. After highschool, he was fortunate enough to get a full scholarshop to play college football at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate School. At the Citadel, Joe received many accolades including 2x CoSida Academic All-American, All- Conference Player, Team Captain, Deans list, Gold Stars, Academic All-Conference and lead a team to win two Conference Championships (2 out of 4 in the history of the school) and to beat the University of South Carolina.
