The Leg Daze Workout
If you’re trying to shed body fat, you must increase your metabolism.
Not just increasing your metabolism temporarily by doing cardio and strength training. You must increase your metabolism when you’re not working out. How? Increase the amount of muscle in your body while decreasing the amount of body fat you have.
How does that happen? The more muscle you have from weight lifting (not meaning you’ll look like a Body Builder….Ladies), but lean athletic muscle will increase your metabolism while your body is at rest. This results in a decrease in bodyfat, as long as you put down the sweets, carbs, and other treats gradually.
