Third Eye Tribe is a Lagree studio that effectively combines all 5 elements of physical fitness into not just one session, but each and every move. The method will challenge your  Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Flexibility, and improve Body Composition all at once by focusing on proper form, tempo, and constant tension throughout the entire workout.
