3. Adherence to National Notary Association NNA Standard of Conduct

4. Follow closing instructions.

5. Print on required legal or letter paper no smugs or streaks.

6.  Provide client with copy of documents.

8. Double check documents again for any missing signatures or initials. 

9. Send Scanbacks immediately after closing when required.
