Soca Vegan Kitchen is an independent, family, veteran, and woman-owned local Caribbean vegan restaurant, operated by Mother-daughter team, Georgia Alexander and Diane Francis. Soca Vegan Kitchen introduces Caribbean flavors, and celebrates Trinidadian music and culture, as well as family traditions and diversity. Soca Vegan Kitchen serves to fill a gap in the Augusta area market. Diane "Ma" is the culinary weel-spring of the business, providing recipes and cooking techniques native to Trinidad. It is our mission to provide a place that will satisfy every customer's desire to eat a delicious meal they won't feel guilty about afterwards.
