Over the past 18 years, I have worked with clients as they address the impact of trauma, challenging life situations, and grief. I have bridged my specialized training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with trauma-informed treatment models, specifically Internal Family Systems, to provide personalized care. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and spent 10 years working exclusively with trauma and bereavement with the Dept of Veterans Affairs before transitioning into private practice three and half years ago.

I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and personal therapeutic experience that is relaxed, non-judgmental, and focused on my client’s concerns and goals. It is my focus to help clients find authentic healing and build deep connections with themselves.

I am a Clinical Fellow with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and am Secretary Elect for the Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been recognized as a 2023 Augusta Business Daily Woman to Know, and am a 2024 Marquis Who's Who Honored Listee.
