With over twenty years of experience, attorney Robert T. Homlar, has earned a reputation based hard work and success in the practice of law and public service. He founded his law practice, based in Augusta, Georgia, in 2016 after spending a decade as a prosecutor and has spent his entire career in the courtroom gaining extensive jury trial experience. He has represented and been adverse to some of the largest corporations in the United States in courtrooms throughout the southeast. Most of his cases involve complex litigation in a wide variety of matters including wrongful death, criminal defense, serious bodily injury, whistleblower, products liability, trucking accidents, fraud, business torts, and class actions in both federal and state court. Robert has been appointed to serve as Special Counsel by Georgia Governor Bryan Kemp for litigation. He has obtained security clearance to handle espionage and national security cases. And is one of less than a hundred attorneys in the United States admitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.

The Marietta, Georgia native obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1999 and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002.

Service and community are two of Robert’s core values. He is involved in the local community through coaching youth lacrosse, the Rotary Club of Augusta, and The Community Foundation for the CSRA.
