About

True Alchemy Gardens is a regenerative agriculture and ecological wellness nonprofit co-founded by Chasity Millen and Marquita Millen. Rooted in Metro Atlanta and serving surrounding communities including West Cobb, Rockdale, and Conyers, the organization is committed to restoring our relationship with land, cultivating community nourishment, and teaching earth-based skills that support long-term resilience, healing, and self-sufficiency.

Our mission is clear: to rebuild food sovereignty through education, cultivation, and community-based distribution. We believe that access to fresh, locally grown food is not a luxury — it is foundational infrastructure for thriving communities.

True Alchemy Gardens restores land using regenerative, biodynamic, and ancestral agricultural practices that honor the earth’s natural cycles. Through raised bed installations, compost initiatives, seed advocacy, green space activation, and community garden partnerships, we are creating sustainable models that can be replicated and scaled.

We create training pathways for youth, adults, and emerging land stewards in agriculture, sustainability, wellness, and community development. From cooking classes using locally grown ingredients to agricultural workshops and stewardship programs, education remains central to our impact.

Beyond cultivation, we hold space for healing — reconnecting individuals with nature through therapeutic horticulture, elemental practices, retreats, and community gatherings that restore the nervous system as much as the soil.

True Alchemy Gardens also strengthens local food systems by collaborating with farmers, makers, educators, healers, small businesses, and municipal partners. Our work recognizes that food justice intersects with environmental stewardship, public health, economic opportunity, and social equity.

True Alchemy Gardens serves as the spiritual and ecological arm of a larger vision — building a healthier, more connected community grounded in nourishment, land stewardship, and transformation.

We are not simply growing food.We are cultivating resilience. We are restoring systems. We are stewarding legacy.
