Anchored Counseling

Anchored Counseling is a mental health practice led by Dr. Ecclesia Savage that creates a safe, supportive space for individuals who are overwhelmed by life's demands. We specialize in helping high-functioning people who appear to have it all together but are struggling beneath the surface with exhaustion, decision fatigue, and emotional burnout.
