Studio 270 is a 2000sf unique luxury fine art studio designed by an artist for artists. The studio can be rented for photography, videography, visual arts, creative meetings, and content creations. I guess you can look at it as a we works for artists! 

We rent by the hour, daily, or monthly, depending on each artists needs. There are also office spaces available for long term use. Amenities Include: Natural Light Industrial window, A real swing suspended from the ceiling, Custom art instillations and murals, Custom low profile movable attic bed, Black bathtub set, Baby grand piano set, Couch set, Various seamless and sweeps, Vaulted ceilings, Faux natural light wall, Constant studio light, Several light modifiers, Wifi, Prop room, Kitchen with coffee + snack bar, Optional client wardrobe access (fee).
