Ascending Intentionally-Death Doula Services

Ascending Intentionally provides compassionate, non-medical support for individuals, families, and caregivers navigating death, dying, and grief.

I work alongside families before, during, and after a death—offering education, emotional support, vigil planning, caregiver guidance, legacy projects, and grief support. My role isn't to replace hospice or medical care, but to complement it by helping people understand what to expect and feel more confident through every stage of the journey.

I believe that conversations about death shouldn't begin in a crisis. Through one-on-one support, community education, and monthly Death Cafés, I help create space for honest conversations, thoughtful preparation, and meaningful connection.

My mission is simple: helping people face life's hardest moments with greater knowledge, compassion, and less fear.
