Randy Wood Guitars

Randy Wood, a Georgia native, is a national treasure. He was one of the very first stringed instrument builders and repairmen to do business in the state, beginning in the 1960s. Since that time, he has gained international fame as a builder of the highest quality guitars, mandolins and banjos, as well as perhaps the most accomplished repairman of used and vintage instruments in the region.

In addition to his retail store, Randy is widely known as a staunch advocate of live Americana music through his Old Time Picking Parlor concert hall, where countless stars have performed over the years to enthusiastic audiences who relish the venue's high quality acoustics and intimate show environment.
