Carlisle's Meat Market, LLC is owned and operated by myself and my husband. Elaine and Mitch Carlisle. Combined we have over thirty years experience. We are both military brats, so the armed forces hold a very special place in our hearts. We both come from a long line of family in every branch of the service. We proudly serve our community the very best beef, pork and poultry we could find. It took us a long time to find our little hidden gems, but we did and now we are able to serve them to all of our wonderful customers. Our customers aren't just our customers, they are part of our family. Our beef is aged 60 days before we get it, no hormones, no bi products, no injections of any kind, no gas either. We take pride in carrying on the best and highest of quality of product. We make hand crafted gourmet burgers and sausages daily as well as breakfast sausage. We have the absolute best pork chops you will ever put in your mouth. Our customer service is top notch! We are very knowledgeable on what we carry. We carry a wide variety of Amish Products that are out of this world. Always Fresh, Never Frozen!
