Located in the heart of scenic Blue Ridge and housed in a beautifully renovated historic 1937 post office, Whiskey & Water brings together the spirit of America’s coastal traditions and the bold, rustic character of the Appalachian mountains. Owned and operated by lifelong restaurateurs Kelli and Anthony Battaglia, this elevated seafood and bourbon bar continues to set the standard for dining in North Georgia.
After proudly winning Best of Georgia 2024, we’re honored to be nominated again in 2025—and even more driven to raise the bar. From the kitchen to the bar to the floor, every detail is crafted with intention, led directly by Kelli and Anthony who remain hands-on daily to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.
At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Marty Ebberly, whose decades of culinary expertise fuel a menu rooted in premium, sustainable seafood and globally inspired flavors. Whether it’s a perfectly grilled Gulf fish, a mountain-inspired small plate, or a show-stopping entrée, every dish reflects precision, creativity, and a respect for the ingredients.
Behind the bar, mixologist Rae Smith curates an impressive lineup of craft cocktails, global whiskeys, and a wine list that pairs seamlessly with our seafood-forward fare.
