Faye Sykes is the CEO and Founder of Scarlet Oak Financial Services, an Atlanta-based fiduciary financial planning firm known for its personalized, holistic approach. With nearly two decades of experience, Faye specializes in retirement, insurance, and business planning. She is nationally recognized as a Social Security expert and was awarded the 2019 National Social Security Advisor of the Year. Faye is also a passionate financial educator, frequent speaker, and active leader in the Atlanta community.

Joining her at Scarlet Oak is Frances Newton Stacy, an accomplished economic strategist and wealth manager. Frances brings a deep understanding of market cycles and monetary policy, with a background as a technical analyst who successfully navigated the 2008 financial crisis. She is a frequent contributor on Schwab, Fox Business, Bloomberg, and other major media outlets. In addition to her advisory role, Frances serves as a High-Level Ambassador for the United Nations Global Economic Sustainable Development Commission and Co-Chair of the Global Digital Finance Committee.
