We’re Ken Futch and Josh Underwood—founders of Coastal Senior Management. Our journey in the insurance world began the old-school way: knocking doors and selling life insurance face to face. It wasn’t easy, but it built our foundation in this business and gave us a deep respect for the people we serve.

As we expanded into health insurance, we discovered a real passion for helping seniors—especially those 65 and older—navigate the often-confusing world of Medicare. That shared passion led us to join forces and form Coastal Senior Management.

Today, our agency has grown into a strong team of over 20 agents. While Medicare remains our core focus, we assist clients with all types of life and health insurance solutions. At Coastal Senior Management, we’re committed to guiding people with honesty, care, and a true heart for service.
