"The only journey is the one within" is a quote that expresses my hope for my clients in their path to wellness. I have experience in working with individuals and couples seeking help with adjustment/phase of life issues, depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, relationship concerns, and low self esteem. I am passionate about being an ally of the LGBTQ community, as well as supporting those with unique sexualities. I greatly enjoy supporting adults and adolescents who are experiencing major life changes, such as going to college, grieving a loss, becoming a new parent, transitioning to their true self, or embracing retirement.

I am passionate about guiding and assisting clients in developing strong interpersonal relationships and healthy self-esteem. I primarily utilize a strengths-based, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral style of therapy that encourages clients to learn mindfulness, shift perspectives, and identify and use their strengths in order to reach their goals.

I have a strong belief that we all have the ability to make positive, healthy changes at any stage of life through identifying and utilizing strengths, building resilience, shifting perspectives, creating and fostering strong support systems, and focusing on self love. We are the experts in our lives. We are our best ally and tool in creating happiness!
