Lybbert Advanced Massage & CranioSacral Therapy

Lybbert Advanced Massage & CranioSacral Therapy is a private wellness practice for the whole family.

We're sisters, Rachelle and Juliana, with 38+ years of combined therapeutic experience. We've been studying trauma and injury bodywork modalities, the nervous system, chronic pain, migraines, and nutrition since 1999. Growing up in a large family of athletes with histories of complex injuries, sleep issues, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, our interest in understanding the body and its capacity to heal began at an early age.

Specializing in nervous system regulation, we've developed proprietary massage and craniosacral techniques designed to work with the interconnected muscular and nervous systems to identify and address tension and pain at their source. We welcome clients of all ages, including growing families before, during, and after pregnancy — Mom, Dad, grandparents, and everyone in between.

Families that heal together — coregulate better.

We believe in the ripple effect of therapy. Every person we support along their healing journey carries that experience into their relationships, families, and communities. Those connections ripple outward, uplifting our neighbors and strengthening the communities we share.
