Waves Counseling Services, LLC is a private group counseling practice dedicated to holistic and balanced living.  Waves Counseling Services, LLC is the premier practice in West GA for play therapy for children, teens, adults and families who have experienced trauma, are neuro-divergent and part of the LGBTQ+ community. 

Our staff consists of a diverse team of highly trained and specialized clinicians, each possessing a wide range of expertise and experience.  Our Clinicians are EMDR certified or pending certification and the owner is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor  who is AutPlay Certified, and nationally Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We have Clinicians specializing in eating disorders, autism, LGBTQ+, sexualized behaviors, and complex trauma.

We provide therapeutic services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients with the belief that everyone can lead a more fulfilling and mindful life. Through personalized interventions we strive to help people achieve success in their everyday lives. 

We offer online therapy for those who have difficulty with transportation, scheduling and disabilities. This online therapy can be used with children and adolescents 6+. 

We offer group counseling for a variety of issues and populations; from sexualized behaviors, social skills, self-esteem and skills to master emotions; our staff are passionate about helping in a variety of evidenced based ways.
