Nestled in the heart of downtown Chatsworth, Red Eyed Rooster Coffee Co. is proud to be the town’s first and original coffee shop. Founded by Andi and Joe Hill, the Rooster began as a mobile coffee trailer and grew into a beloved brick-and-mortar café built on community, quality, and connection.

We serve handcrafted espresso drinks, Lotus energy refreshers, blended frappes, teas, and lemonades—all made with premium ingredients and a whole lot of heart. Every detail, from our locally sourced pastries to our cozy seating and mobile order-ahead window, is designed to make our guests feel at home.
