We are a 24 hour training facility that is serious about helping you achieve your goals!
Want Nutrition Coaching or a Meal plan? We have an in house Registered Dietitian (RD), and 2 more who do online coaching. This staff works with all goals and types, from special operations and professional athletes to strength athletes and bodybuilding competitors. The biggest group they help though? People wanting to improve their eating habits and to accomplish a specific weight loss or body composition goal while improving their health!
No matter your goals, we have superior knowledge and experience all under one roof. We know that meeting your goals is more than just working out, so we have an executive/ life coach on staff who specializes in habit forming and goals who is available to help coach outside of the weights.
For classes and training, we offer Boot Camp classes, strongman, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, functional fitness, and booty classes. Teaching these classes are our elite coaches and personal trainers on staff. We are the only gym in Columbus and surrounding areas with 5+ Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches (CSCS), 4 USAW (Olympic weightlifting) certified and 3 who are Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Certified.
On site we have our partners Sports Med Solutions (sportsmedga.com) to help with any injury prevention, movement screens, rehabilitation and soft tissue therapy (Graston, scraping, dry needling, VooDoo floss, compression and Norma-Tec pants).
We also specialize in body transformations, specifically decreasing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. We also have specialized coaches for bodybuilding/bikini/physique show preparation.
