Just Breathe for Kids offers innovative, inclusive programs designed to meet the social and emotional needs of children in today’s fast-paced world. We partner with schools and communities to deliver in-school and after-school programs, teacher trainings, and family-centered events that integrate:

Every program we offer—from our signature Just Breathe Club to our school partnerships and community pop-ups—is intentionally designed to be developmentally appropriate, trauma-sensitive, and FUN! We believe every child deserves access to a safe space where they can be exactly who they are and grow into the best version of themselves—from the inside out.

Our impact reaches hundreds of children and educators each week through both our Midtown studio and our growing list of school partnerships across Georgia.
