Cornerstone Learning Center’s mission is to provide exemplary childcare services to children 6 weeks to 12 years of age in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Whether through early exposure to educational concepts for infants and toddlers or preparing school-age children for academic success, the goal at Cornerstone Learning Center is to ensure that every child finishes our program equipped with the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for the next stepping stone of their journey.

Under the leadership of company founder and CEO Me’Chelle Carrell-Hobbs, Cornerstone’s success has been tremendous, scaling from one center to three in just three years. Me’Chelle attributes Cornerstone’s growth to hard work, steadfastness, and an unwavering belief in God’s promises. Guided by the scripture 1 Peter 2:1-9, ensuring a nurturing and empowering for every child is the cornerstone of her centers. 

ME’CHELLE CARRELL-HOBBS

Me’Chelle has over 24 years of experience in the field of education. Holding degrees in Early Childhood Studies and Behavioral Science, she has dedicated her career to creating environments that nurture young minds. Her passion for early childhood education drives the vision of Cornerstone, ensuring that each child receives individualized attention, care, and learning opportunities in a loving, safe, and stimulating atmosphere.
