Hi!! My name is Sarah!! I have always had a passion for makeup, & all things beauty!! My favorite part of doing lashes & brows is seeing it accentuate my clients beauty!! I picked “bloom” as in not just flowers, but also planting myself into the beauty industry as a safe place for individuals who need to know that true beauty grows every day!!
