Jonathan R. Brockman, P.C.

Jonathan R. Brockman is a practicing Georgia attorney who is recognized as a skilled Atlanta personal injury and wrongful death trial lawyer. He was again recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer, an honor received by only 5 percent of Georgia lawyers. Jon has also received the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He is a certified life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. There are approximately 4,000 attorneys who have received this recognition, which translates to less than 1 percent of all attorneys licensed in the United States.

Jon is a graduate of Mercer University’s School of Law and has dedicated his career to personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He began his career representing insurance companies and their insureds in defense of injury claims. He successfully defended and tried many cases for insurance companies. Since 2001 Jon has used his valuable insurance experience to represent individuals and families injured by the careless acts of others. Jon no longer represents insurance carriers and his practice is dedicated exclusively to representation of accident and injury victims.

Jon has been married to his wife, Elizabeth, for 28 years and they have three sons who are currently enrolled at Centre College, Mercer University and West Forsyth High School. Jon has lived in Forsyth County since 2004 and is a member of Cumming First United Methodist Church. Jon is also extensively involved in the community and is a past Member of the Board of Directors with Leadership Forsyth, Chairman of the Local School Council with Liberty Middle School and has been an assistant coach of recreational and select leagues for football and lacrosse. Jonathan R. Brockman, P.C. is a proud sponsor of athletic clubs at multiple Forsyth County High Schools including West Forsyth, East Forsyth, North Forsyth and Central. In his free time, if any, Jon enjoys fishing, hiking, running and photography.
