Inspect-More LLC is a locally owned home inspection company serving Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Suwanee, Cumming, and communities throughout North Metro Atlanta.

I’m Joe Moore, owner and inspector at Inspect-More. I’m a third-generation contractor, and construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I built my first home at age 22, and that hands-on building experience continues to shape the way I inspect homes today. I have been inspecting homes since 2009 and, over the years, have personally inspected thousands of homes throughout North Metro Atlanta. I am an ASHI Certified Inspector and Certified Residential Thermographer.

Buying a home can be exciting, but it can also be stressful. My goal is to make the inspection one of the more understandable parts of the process. I take the time to explain what I find, put conditions into perspective, and help clients understand what matters without making a home seem better or worse than it really is.

The comments I appreciate most from clients are that I’m thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and willing to take the time to answer their questions. Many have told me they came away from their inspection feeling more at ease and confident about their decisions. That is exactly what I want an inspection to accomplish.

My reports are detailed, photo-rich, and written in plain language so they remain useful long after inspection day. Inspect-More also provides new-construction and pre-drywall inspections, re-inspections, infrared thermal imaging, and professional radon testing.
