Tim Buckley launched CDS in Cumming, GA to serve youth and high-school athletes across North Georgia. The goal: build a community where athletes train with purpose, positivity, and accountability. Build athletes for life and not just sports. Build and shape the mind and mentality for growth

CDS programs emphasize:

Tim’s approach is progression-based: teach mechanics, then add speed, then add fatigue and chaos. He uses simple, reliable benchmarks, how you accelerate, how you brake, how you rotate, and he builds strength around those mechanics. The result is transfer: speed you can actually control on the field or court, and strength that supports durability.
