Sips at Bleu

Sips at Bleu is a wine tasting room located within Bleu Gallery in Dahlonega, GA. Designed and built by the gallery artists of Bleu, Sips is a work of art itself, from its live edge countertops to its carefully curated wine menu. Sips boasts wines from three North Georgia wineries: Living Water Winery and Vineyard, Limoges Cellars, and Tiger Mountain Vineyards, as well as hand-crafted wine cocktails. Guests are invited to sip at the bar or take their glass and wander through the gallery’s many rooms, where they will discover a wide-ranging selection of local art. Sips is owned and operated by Sonja Heisinger, a celebrated portrait artist, novelist, military wife, and mother of two young boys.
