At the Delicious Belgian food truck, Belgian native Chef Tom Leroy serve Authentic Belgian "Liège" Wafels with the freshest and where possible organic toppings, such as Strawberries, Belgian Chocolate Sauce and Homemade Biscoff "Spekuloos" Ice Cream. 

Liège Wafels are the original Belgian Waffles, made from a Brioche type dough with Belgian imported Pearl Sugar. The Wafel is buttery and chewy soft on the inside and caramelized crisp and crunchy on the outside. 

We also have a few Savory Wafel options such as The Wafel Croque Monsieur with Mornay Sauce and Chicken and Wafels.
